Riyadh offers a number of renowned hotels and most international chains have a hotel in Riyadh. However, exhibitors are recommended to make reservations at an early stage by contacting the hotel of their choice directly or through their travel agent. Please note that a list of hotels can also be provided by the organisers.
Visa
Important: Please note the following points
- Visas are required for all visitors with the exception of travelers holding a passport from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar or the UAE.
- Visas can be obtained through Saudi Arabian Embassies. In countries with no Saudi Arabian diplomatic representation, exhibitors should contact the Organisers.
